More About Me

William loves real estate and enjoys the challenge of helping people find homes they love!

For most of his clients, their home is their biggest financial investment; he wants his clients to honestly
say they love where they live!

He challenges his clients not settle for something they know isn't right while helping them to see the
potential and charm a home has to offer, in whatever price range they are considering.

As a dedicated, full-time real estate professional, William attributes his success to being detail oriented, diligent and always advocating for his client’s best interests.

His clients determine the pace of their decision and he encourages them do what they need to do when making a very important investment and lifestyle choice.

William is thrilled to represent clients in all stages of life.
From their first house or condominium to the house their family calls home to their retirement dream home. From deciding on an urban farmhouse complete with chickens in the back yard or a sparkling pied-a-terre in the city, the one thing that always remains the same is humble confidence in helping his clients make sound decisions.

William enjoys living in Downtown Portland and loves all that the city has to offer.
With a keen interest in fine and performing arts and of course the culinary arts; he is honored to have helped clients who enrich our city with art, dance, music and world class cuisine to find their dream homes.

William has been steeped in real estate all his life. He comes from a family who has owned many rental
and investment properties and gains his experience through years of observation and hands-on
participation.

He has owned many homes through the years and has earned first-hand knowledge from the trial and error of his own sweat-equity experiences.
